The central theme in my journey has been to surrender to the wisdom of my experience. I now do my best to walk the middle path between the spiritual and the scientific, between faith and embodied presence.

This website is home to Rekha's Reflections, where I think out loud. It's a space for the thoughts that come to me on walks, in dreams, in the in-between moments of daily life when realizations pop up. I write about spirituality, healing, the middle path, and what it actually looks like to live a grounded, soul-led life. It's important to me to be honest even if it lacks clarity. This is not some Instagram-curated corner of the internet, but a raw and real one, with good days and hard days and long stretches of ordinary days that come with mundane living.
